Fruity, soft, chewy, and chocolaty delicious! We have three flavors of fruit candies: raisin, cherry, and blueberry. Our chocolate-coated raisins are the best, containing rich milk chocolate and the plumpest and sweetest raisins. Chocolate covered dried cherries are a new product that's become an instant hit. The rich sweet milk chocolate coating blends wonderfully with the delicious tart cherries inside. Our newest product, chocolate-coated blueberrys combine a naturally sweet taste with rich nutrients and healthful antioxidants. 

Fruit jams are made by cooking fruit with pure cane sugar to make a soft spreadable fruit product. We have some wonderful natural berry jams that are sure to please. No corn syrup is used so you get only the real fruit taste. Also, all of our jams and preserves are seedless, except for strawberry. 

Fruit preserves are made with a combination of the whole fruit and fruit juice. Our Pear Preserves contain pieces of crunchy pear while the fig preserves have pieces of chewy figs.  We have some super choices, most of which you will be familiar with. But, if you haven't tried rhubarb, it has a very tart kick--combining it with sweet strawberries makes a taste many people love.

Fruit butters are made of pureed fruit, slow cooked with real cane sugar until thick. They have a soft consistency and are great used as a spread for fresh homemade bread. Apple butter was popular in colonial America because it kept much better than apple sauce. We have both regular and sugar-free apple butter. Several other fruits make excellent butters such as strawberry and pumpkin. Yes, a pumpkin is a fruit!

Fruit jelly is made from fruit juice combined with real cane sugar and fruit pectin. Muscadine jelly comes from a tart, native, southern grape and also used to make delicious muscadine wine. We also make both Green Pepper Jelly and Jalapeno Jelly. Both are spicy and make a great combination with cream cheese and crackers.
