Most orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt if the items are in stock. We ship from Eastern Tennessee. Time in transit depends on where you live in the United States. United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground west coast deliveries will take 5 to 6 working days. United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground deliveries to most of the east coast take 1-3 working days. U. S. Postal Service Parcel Post will take from 5-10 working days. U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail will usually take from one to three working days to anywhere in the United States.

Shipping methods usually depend on whether your package is shipped to a street address or to a post office box.

To A Street Address: We normally use UPS unless you are located at what they classify a remote address.
In that situation we may use the U. S. Postal Service.
To a Post Office Box: We will ship your package by U. S. Postal Service Parcel Post. If you wish quicker delivery we can ship by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service). An extra charge applies for this service. Please call or e-mail us for the shipping cost.
To Alaska or Hawaii: We will ship your package by U. S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 day service). An extra charge applies for this service. Please call or e-mail us for the shipping cost.

UPS three Day Select—Guaranteed 3 day service to the United States (Lower 48 states only)
UPS Second Day Air—Guaranteed 2 day service to the United States (All 50 states)
UPS Next Day Air—Guaranteed next day service to the United States (All 50 states)
United State Postal Service Priority Mail--2 to 3 day service to the United States (All 50 states)

The charge for these services depend on weight of package and Zip Code.

If we have a problem with an out of stock item or an address problem, then we will contact you by phone or e-mail to let you know the situation and get it corrected as soon as possible.

Incorrect street addresses furnished by Customer are subject to a $8.95 re-shipping fee.

To Canada: Shipping is by UPS ground. Contact us for shipping costs.
