We may assist in serving on certain items and we do serve all drinks refills. High quality scroll plastic dishware or colorful garden paper ware will be used for main items with stainless steel silverware furnished for eating the main dishes and desserts. Warm items are served in heated chafing dishes to maintain temperatures. For Hot Buffet Meals the use of serving pieces, plates, utensils, napkins etc. is included in the price quoted. Our buffets are served on decorated tables with polished stainless steel chafing dishes.
