After you have made your reception
reservation, you may use this worksheet to plan your menu. This will be
the quantity available for each person. Total quantities will be adjusted
to reflect the number of confirmed attendees. Print the form and mail or
fax to us (see our contacts
page for details). Some items may not be available at all times. We suggest a minimum of two to three pieces of each item selected and a range of 6 to 10 items for a nice presentation. You may pick items totaling $15.95 or add more items at an additional cost. Warm items are served in heated chafing dishes to maintain temperatures. Cold food items are presented on plastic crystal ware or silver platters depending on the items. |
