Receptions Catered by Others
Sunshine Hollow welcomes you to have your reception catered onsite by your favorite provider. We offer a beautiful setting and ample facilities in which to have your reception. You may rent our tables, chairs and other accessories or you may bring your own.
Outside Catered Reception Notes
  1. Base price for rental of the Garden Pavilion Area is $250.00 for a two and one half hour time slot for up to 175 guests. Additional time is $20.00 per quarter hour.

  2. $3.00 Per Person Garden Admission Fee is waived (Up to a $525.00 Value)

  3. White guest chairs are available for $2.00 each plus tax.

  4. Tables seating eight persons each are available for $5.00 each

  5. White linen tablecloths are available for $5.00 each

  6. Tables for your Wedding Cake, Punch Bowl, Wedding Gifts, Registration/Memories Table, etc. with white linen table cloths and lace toppers are available for $10.00 each

  7. Ten Foot Serving modules with white linen tablecloths & lace toppers are available for $15.00 each.

  8. Stainless Steel Chafing Dishes ($5.00 each) & Canned Heat ($1.00 each) are available.

  9. Power outlets are available for Music Players or Band Instruments (No Charge).

Outside Catered Reception Notes (continued)
  1. Cold storage of your wedding cake and warming of food items is permitted.

  2. Use of kitchen facilities for food preparation is not permitted.

  3. Sunshine Hollow reserves the right to approve the consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Reception. Anyone who is obviously intoxicated will be asked to leave the premises.

  4. Sunshine Hollow reserves the right to approve use of favors, fireworks and items tossed at the bride and groom.

Example
For a Reception of 100 guests the Rental Charges for Use of the Pavilion, Tables, Table Cloths, Chairs, etc. would be $250.00 (Pavilion Rental) + $65.00 (Tables) + $65.00 (Tablecloths) + $200.00 (Chairs) + $10.00 (Wedding Cake Table) + $10.00 (Registration/Memories Table) + $10.00 (Wedding Gift Table) + $30.00 (Serving Modules) or $640.00 + plus tax or $6.40 per person. If you are furnishing any of the above items then deduct that amount from the total.
