The Gardens of Sunshine Hollow will cater your reception for parties of 50 guests or more. For a fee of $16.95 per person your reception includes the following:

1. You receive a five hour time slot for your wedding and reception. Additional time is $25.00 per quarter hour.
   
   
2. $5.00 Per Person Garden Admission Fee is waived.
   
   
3. Guest tables with table cloths are provided with eight chairs per table.
   
   
4. A Wedding Cake Table is included with white linen table cloth & lace toppers.
   
   
5. A Wedding Gift Table is included with white linen table cloth and lace toppers.

   
   

8. A Registration/Memories Table is included with white linen table cloth lace toppers ($10.00 value).
   
   
9. Two Serving modules with white linen tablecloths & lace toppers are included ($30.00 value).
   
   
10. A full home cooked buffet meal with your choice of two meats, three vegetables, bread, drinks and dessert or you may choose a full sampling of many different finger foods for your reception.
    
    

You are having a Reception in the Gardens with 100 guests. Your total cost for the Reception would be 100 times $16.95 or $1695.00 plus tax. Your Savings on Rental Charges for Pavilion Use, Tables, Chairs, Table Cloths and Garden Admission Would Be as follows: $250.00 (Pavilion Rental) + $65.00 (Tables) + $65.00 (Tablecloths) + $200.00 (Reception Chairs) + $10.00 (Wedding Cake Table) + $10.00 (Guest Registration/Memories Table + $10.00 (Wedding Gift Table) + $30.00 (Serving Modules) + $300.00 Garden Group Admission or $940.00 plus Tax.
