Terms & Conditions
a. Deposits: An Advance Deposit of $50.00 Is Required to
reserve a wedding and/or reception date. Only one deposit is
necessary if both Wedding and Reception are being held
together. Note: This Deposit is Non-refundable 30 Days Prior
to Date)
b. A 25% deposit of estimated total food cost & services ordered is required one week prior to Event. Due to the perishable nature of most food products this deposit is non-refundable. c. Full payment for wedding and reception is due (Less Deposits) the day before the event. d. Total Reception food costs depend on the number of persons the Wedding Party has specified plus any extra guests above that number. e. Menu for the Reception may be selected from items listed below in the Reception Catering Section or your choice of another menu may be done if desired (Additional Costs may apply). f. Wedding and/or Reception party must provide their desired setup for the Wedding Site and/or the Reception Site as well as any power needs or other special needs at least one week prior to the date of the Wedding and/or Reception. g. Wedding and/or Reception party must provide the final number of guests at least one week prior to the date of the Wedding and/or Reception. Additional guests above that number will be charged for at the price set in the Wedding and/or Reception agreement. h. Sunshine Hollow reserves the right to approve the consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Reception. Anyone who is obviously intoxicated will be asked to leave the premises. |

I. Sunshine Hollow reserves the right to approve use of
favors, fireworks and items tossed at the bride and groom.
j. The Wedding Party will need to provide any music sources or musicians desired for the wedding. k. The Wedding Party will provide any additional flowers for the event other than ones already in place. This includes additional decorations for wedding site, reception table decorations, display stands, etc. All decorations, flowers, stands must be removed immediately after the event unless prior arrangement is made. l. The Wedding Party will provide the wedding cake and groom’s cake, persons to serve the cake, and serving implements for same. If Sunshine Hollow is catering your reception, they will furnish plates, napkins and forks for serving the cakes. m. Wedding Party will furnish photographers & videographers for event if desired. n. Wedding Party will furnish Greeters & Ushers to greet and seat guests. o. Additional Decorations such as Wedding Lights, Tule, etc. can be provided for an extra charge. p. Minister or officiating person: Sunshine Hollow can usually arrange for a Minister or County Court Clerk official to preside for your wedding if you have no one to do so. Estimated Charge would be around $200.00. Advance notice of two months is required. q. A Wedding and/or Reception agreement must be signed and deposits paid to lock in the Event date and the agreed price for the events.. |
