Compare our rates against less desirable locations. Prices start with one flat fee of $19.95 per person for both the Wedding Site and the Reception (reserve by April 1st and receive free chairs for your wedding and home made ice cream as an additional desert).
 
Use of Wedding site and Gardens
Includes Use of Wedding site and Gardens (50 to 175 Guests):
  1. a. Use of Wedding Site with Two hours allocated for the ceremony & pictures. Entire Gardens may be used for Wedding pictures as long as no damage occurs.

  2. b. Wedding Rehearsal (No Charge) may be done by prior arrangement usually the day before the Wedding unless there is a conflict in scheduling.

  3. c. $3.00 Per Person Garden Admission Fee is waived (Up to a $525.00 Value)

  4. e. White chairs can be furnished for $2.00 per chair (Chair number needed one week before date)

  5. f. Sunshine Hollow can furnish additional hanging baskets and pots for wedding area (No Charge)

  6. g. Sunshine Hollow can furnish a table & power for music and registration table (No Charge)

  7. h. No need for a tent - Wedding may be held in pavilion in case of rain (A $250.00 Rental Value). Notice must be given in time for this area to be set up properly (At least four hours in advance of ceremony).

Full Reception Meal Included
Our Wedding and Reception Package includes a full reception meal catered by The Gardens of Sunshine Hollow which includes the following:

  1. A two and one half hour time slot for your reception. Additional time is $20.00 per quarter hour.

  2. $3.00 Per Person Garden Admission Fee is waived (Up to a $450.00 Value).

  3. White guest chairs are included ($2.00 value each).

  4. Tables seating 8 persons each are included ($5.00 value each).

  5. White linen tablecloths for each table is included ($5.00 value each).

  6. A Wedding Cake Table is included with white linen table cloth & lace toppers ($10.00 value).

  7. A Wedding Gift Table is included with white linen table cloth and lace toppers ($10.00 value).

  8. A Registration Table is included with white linen table cloth and lace toppers ($10.00 value).

  9. Two Serving modules with white linen tablecloths & lace toppers are included ($30.00 value).

  10. A full home cooked buffet meal with your choice of two meats, three vegetables, bread, drinks and dessert or a full sampling of many different finger foods of your choice.

Example
You are having a Wedding and Reception in the Gardens with 100 guests. Total Cost for your wedding would include the cost for chairs used at the Wedding Ceremony which would be 100 times $2.00 or $200.00 plus tax & the charge for the Wedding & Reception would be 100 times $19.95 or $1995.00 plus tax for a total of $2195.00 plus tax. Your Savings on Rental Charges for Use of the Wedding Site, Pavilion, Tables, Chairs, Table Cloths, Etc. Would Be as follows: $495.00 (Wedding Site Use) + $250.00(Pavilion Rental) + $65.00 (Tables) + $65.00 (Tablecloths) + $200.00 (Reception Chairs) + $10.00 (Wedding Cake Table) + $10.00 (Guest Registration/Memories Table + $10.00 (Wedding Gift Table) + $30.00 (Serving Modules) + $300.00 Garden Group Admission or $1435.00 plus Tax.
