					We specialize in homemade items prepared in 
					our kitchen fresh for your meal, not made somewhere hours 
					earlier and brought to the site. We have a wide range of 
					foods available and you can add entrees, sides or desserts 
					for a nominal extra charge. We use a buffet style serving 
					method for your guests where they serve themselves on most 
					items. We may assist in serving on certain items and we do 
					serve drink refills. Use of serving pieces, plates, 
					utensils, napkins etc. is included in the price. 
					
					
Pick your own menu. We offer many choices of delicious
					homemade entrees and homemade side dishes. Our buffets are 
					served on decorated tables with polished stainless steel 
					chafing dishes. Finger Foods and Hors d'oeuvres are served
					in stainless chafing dishes or silver or crystal trays 
					depending on the items. Punch is served in an antique punch 
					set with silver ladle.
                    
					    - Option One: A full home-cooked buffet meal
						for $13.95 + tax. It includes: 
 o choice of one Entree from our Entrée List,
 o choice of three sides, two from Side List 1 and one from Side List 2
 o choice of bread (Yeast Rolls, Buttered French Toast or Parmesan French Bread),
 o drinks (sweet tea, unsweetened tea, lemonade, or water).
 
 
- Option Two: A full home-cooked buffet meal for
                        $15.95 + tax. It includes:
 o choice of two Entrées from our Entrée List,
 o choice of three sides, two from Side List 1 and one from Side List 2
 o choice of bread  (Yeast Rolls, Buttered French Toast or Parmesan French Bread),
 o drinks (sweet tea, unsweetened tea, lemonade, or water).
 
 
- Upgrade to Premium Entrées! Picking one of our premium Entrees
                        (starred items) adds an additional $2.00 to the cost of our
                        buffets.

                    For a lighter meal try our Hor d'oeuvres service. Some items
                    may not be available at all times. We suggest a minimum of
                    two to three pieces of each item selected and a range of 6
                    to 10 items for a nice presentation. For Option 3, you must
                    pick items totaling $13.95 or add more items at an
                    additional cost. Warm items are served in heated chafing
                    dishes to maintain temperatures. Cold food items are
                    presented on crystal ware or silver platters depending on
                    the items.  Due to constantly changing prices in today's
                    market, please email us for a current list of prices.

                        and linens - Your choice of finger food items from our
                        menu including Wedding punch and both hot and cold food

                        Standing Casual Hors d'oeuvres Buffet – Served without
                        table seating for guests – Only guest chairs provided
                        – Pick any amount of finger food items from our menu
                        including hot and cold food items, Wedding punch,
                        Veggie trays, Assorted Cheese trays, and Fruit
                        selections in Carved Watermelon Bowls. Tables with
                        linens can also be rented for $10.00 per table.
